Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
Hi, and welcome to my site! I believe that psychotherapy should be accessible and equitable, no matter your economic status, age, "race", sexual orientation, "gender", cultural history and identity, or belief system. Everyone needs help from time to time, we are human after all, and we deserve quality help no matter what impacts our life.
I treat mild to moderate mental health issues such as depression and anxiety, and I have also worked with clients suffering from post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), separation anxiety, social anxiety, bereavement, eating disorders, and more. I currently see adolescents/teens 10-17, adults 18+, and seniors. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as group therapy when available.

Deciding to change is hard, requiring courage to look within, ability to acknowledge pain, and finding the strength to manage our mental burdens. Many clients have asked what the formula is to success in therapy, and I tell them it’s about making appointments, showing up, and participating. For those who are ready, change often comes in positive and unexpected ways.
My approach is client-centered—I believe you are the expert in your life, and I’m here to help you discover the strengths already within you. When mental health issues like depression, anxiety, and trauma are present, they seep into every part of life, and relationships, work, and health suffer. Seeking help can lighten the burden of past pain, improve daily functioning and relationships, making it manageable through learned coping tools and insight that lead to lasting positive change.

I hold a Master's in Psychology and an associate license in California. While I do not have specialized certificates at this time, my focus areas are grounded in my education and practical experience.
